Summer Sausage
Wonderful, just like I remember from childhood visits to Grandparents farm. Grandma always had summer sausage on the table for noon and evening meals. My family went to Hermann Wurst Haus during each annual farm visit to purchase summer sausage to take back home.

I visited the Wurst Haus a little more than a year ago with group from Waterloo, IL and simply enjoyed this product and have ordered it twice since then. Great taste. None better.
