Beer & Cheddar - A hickory-smoked bratwurst made with pork, seasoning, spices, a German-style beer, milk, pork seasonings, and cheddar cheese. Wurstmeister Mike’s 3 favorite things are bratwurst, beer, and cheese -- definitely one of his favorites: the perfect meal. Reheating required.
Kielbasa - Our signature hickory-smoked kielbasa is made with an exclusive blend of pork, seasonings, spices, milk, soy, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber, and then slow-smoked to perfection. Kielbasa is great served with potato pancakes and sauerkraut. Reheating required.
Mettwurst - A Germanic-European style sausage that is fully cooked and hickory-smoked. This sausage is made with a delicate mix of pork, seasonings, spices, mustard seeds, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber. Best served with red cabbage, potato soup, or served on a Brioche bun with sauerkraut. Reheating required.
Knackwurst - Knackwurst is an old-world, European-style sausage that is made with fresh pork, veal, seasonings, spices, garlic, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber, and then hickory-smoked. Great served with potato soup, red cabbage, or on a bun with sauerkraut. Reheating required.
Philly-style - A Philly cheesesteak in a bratwurst! Our Philly-style brat has peppers, onions, Swiss cheese, milk, Philly seasonings, pork seasonings, sugar, potato starch, and carrot fiber, and is mixed with fresh pork and then smoked. Pairs perfectly with a cold beer! Reheating required.

Brats Put Ho Ho Ho In Gifts
The Hermannwurstaus is one our favorite places when we visit St Louis to see the Cardinals. So, why wait for opening day to have a variety of special crafted brats?
We sent the "Brat of the Month" package to our friends for Christmas plus ordering the "Bacon Package" for ourselves. The ordering online was simple and quick.
The two day shipping to Georgia was perfect and when our brats and bacon arrived they were packaged in a cooler, therma wrapped and had frozen packs still hard.
One of our friends opened their box and stated cooking. They could not wait.
So, the brats and bacon brought smiles when our friends said "thank you."
